Mike Munger is a professor in the Departments of Political Science, Economics, and Public Policy at Duke University, and is the Director of Duke’s PPE Program. He is the author, Analyzing Policy (WW Norton, 2000), and co-author, with Melvin Hinich, of Ideology and The Theory of Political Choice (Michigan Studies, 1996); Analytical Politics (Cambridge University Press, 1997);  and Empirical Studies in Comparative Politics (Kluwer, 1998).
