Lingling is currently an MPA student at Harvard Kennedy School. She spent the past three and half years at McKinsey & Company, where she started as a Business Analyst and later became the first Social Responsibility Manager in China.

Lingling built McKinsey China’s social responsibility effort from scratch and worked on various sustainability and ESG-related studies. Lingling has also worked with leading consumer, electronics, and financial institutions in the world on their growth and digital strategy.

Lingling studied Philosophy, Economics, and PPE at UNC-Chapel Hill and later Global Affairs as Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University.
