We are delighted to welcome Jen Kirchner as our second Administrator for the Philosophy, Politics & Economics Program. Jen holds a B.A. from Syracuse University in Public Policy Studies and Political Science, and an M.S. in Criminology from University of Pennsylvania, and has worked in international intelligence and in medical administration. She will be closely involved with planning and implementation as we continue to expand and refine the PPE program at UNC.
